Good reasons to write

• A correction: a hotel has closed, been renamed, or a fact on its plaque is out of date.
• A suggestion for a hotel that fits one of the four floors.
• A question about how the index is put together.
• A request about personal data, as set out in the privacy policy.

What we cannot help with

We are not a travel agent. We cannot book rooms, check availability, quote rates or change a reservation. For any of that, contact the hotel directly.

Hotels cannot buy a place on the site, so we do not reply to offers of paid placement.
